this is the 17th edition

19th released at MD consult and Expert consult at June 2011

the copies available on the net before this date all are 17th edition

and by mistake or intention labeled as 19th

till now no copy for 19 th edition only online

this is the 17 th edition and some one just take the cover and put on the 17th edition,
you can make sure by comparing the new updates, for example in infection part enterococci is now a separate group of strptococci according to the new classification, if you compare 17th and that fake 19th you will find that since returns back by time machine, since never go back these is a fact
